After an initial consultation, where we discuss goals, ideal exercise methods, times and frequency, and any questions you may have, I will create a exercise programme tailored to you and your needs, that will develop with you through your journey.
During sessions, we will focus on 3 main components.
These 3 stages are accompanied with stretching and relaxation, and the opportunity to discuss any matters you believe are important for you and your experience.
the sessions are based heavily on the PILATES method, with the ability to be influenced by other forms of exercise that you enjoy.
Online, so you can workout in your PJ's if you want. No judgement here!
Whether you have access to a gym, a treadmill in the house or using a waterbottle as a weight. I'll plan to your needs and schedule.
Once signed up, you'll be invited to join my online gym with EverFit, Where you'll see all your exercise, tips and tricks to keep you on track.
Along with a full course check in every 3 weeks, you'll also be able to drop me a message on WhatsApp for a little spur of encouragement, help with a workout, or just to have a chat from one parent to another.
